An open pit coal mine has complicated working conditions, including the multiple composite earthwork layers of gravel and clay. DH24C2 is mainly used for top earthwork layer stripping of the open pit mine, the stripped earthwork is transported by slag trucks to the valley pit, and then DH24C2 is used for backfill operation. As the machine is working continuously for 20 hours each day, the high workload extends really high requirement on the reliability of machine. At present, it has been working for 3,600h without failure, which won high user’s satisfaction and led to the sales orders for multiple DH24C2 machines in this area.
