Along with the business expansion, there has increased to over 200 units SHANTUI equipment in Cote d’Ivoire and Niger, the two French-speaking counties in West Africa, and demands on equipment maintenance and service have becoming higher.
To meet the demands and improve customers’ satisfaction in that area, SHANTUI, together with local agents, held a three-week training for service teams in Cote d’Ivoire and Niger, under the instruction by Dawson, a service expert of SHANTUI, and a two-week equipment tour-inspection for end users. The knowledge training and equipment tour-inspection enabled the service teams to find out problems and solve the problems in time, which greatly improved service teams’ service and maintenance and troubleshooting performance.
The training and tour-inspection enhanced SHANTUI’s image in local customers and ensured encouraging sales and market share.
