The year 2019 witnesses the 20th anniversary of establishment of Alibaba. Taking this opportunity, Alibaba international website selects 20 businesses nationwide to tell how they seize opportunities in the background of digital cross-border trade to bring their reputation from China to the world. Shantui, as a leading construction machinery manufacturer in Shandong and a representative of the industry, is selected as one of the 20 businesses and General Manager Zhang Min accepted an interview by Alibaba international website in recent days.
During the interview, Mr. Zhang introduced development of Shantui in recent years and plans of intelligent construction and product innovation. Besides, He also elaborated Shantui’s ideas and practices of how to drive the development of industry belt and how to promote digital cross-border trade of Shantui via cooperation with Alibaba.
With regard to value provided to traditional machinery manufacturing by internet innovation, Mr. Zhang said the internet innovation is necessary and Shantui would embrace the internet for products interconnection. The first step of Shantui was unmanned bulldozer. In future construction site, all products will be connected for the most reasonable providing of construction machinery so as to save labor cost as most as possible and improve operation efficiency.
