Recently, to meet the service needs of end customers, Shantui servicepersons visited the equipment construction sites in Western Africa to provide commissioning, maintenance, patrol inspection, and training for the equipment.
One customer in Congo-Kinshasa is a loyal end customer of Shantui and owns more than 10 Shantui machinery products in diversified types. The servicepersons drove for over 500km to the mining area to provide assembling and commissioning for one newly arrived SG21-3 motor grader and check/repair the bulldozer under operation in customer’s site. At completion of patrol inspection, the servicepersons also provided 3-day operation and maintenance training for the operation personnel of the equipment. In the meantime of serving this end customer, the servicepersons also proactively visited the customers along the route and provided technical service support for equipment of Fengfan and China Railway No.9 Group projects to timely solve the malfunctions of the customers’ equipment. This visit achieved the expected effects and won high appraisal from the customers.
Following the batch entry of Shantui equipment into Congo-Kinshasa, Shantui servicepersons will continue to fulfil the pre-sales and after-sales services, always adhere to the overseas service frontline, and safeguard Shantui’s exploitation of overseas markets.
